With the increasing amount of subscription-based services, organizations face the challenge of managing a complex array of subscription endpoints, renewal dates, and negotiation opportunities. In response, our team developed a user-centric dashboard to visualize these endpoints. This dashboard empowers decision-makers, streamlines subscription management, and facilitates informed negotiations for senior leadership. *All of the names and data have been anonymized so as not to be recognizable as the original project, but otherwise keep everything else the same because it's under NDA.*
My Role & Process
Team: 1 Designer, 4 Developers, 1 Product Owner
At the start of the project, I worked directly with our product owner to understand the goals and objectives for this dashboard. Once we identified the requirements, I was responsible for creating the dashboard concept in Figma. I presented the dashboard design concept to the different stakeholder groups, received feedback, iterated on the designs and then handed off the designs to the developers. I worked directly with the developers to understand technical requirements and helped them find workarounds to make sure that we meet all the functionalities required for the dashboard. 
Identifying the Problem
Currently there are no tools that are being used to track subscription besides an excel spreadsheet with all the information. Below are the three objectives we identified for this dashboard:
1. Visualize subscriptions: Utilizing visualization to translate data into a format that makes the data easier to understand, identify patterns and opportunities, and provide context.
2. Assist in decision making: Reducing and organizing the data into a digestible format that would cut down on clutter which can lead to stronger data-driven decision making.
3. Optimize savings: Through the tracker, performing analysis and executing decisions that would assist in business savings.

Solution
MVP: A tracker to visualize the contract(s), their endpoints, and their stages. Overall goal for this project is to automate the tracking and visualization of vendor contracts, their statuses, endpoints, and stages. This tool will streamline contract lifecycle management, enhance data accuracy, improve efficiency in managing vendor relationships, and optimize cost savings.
