Hi, I'm Prakriti! /pruh-kree-tee/
I'm a designer based in New York City experienced in designing for enterprise and large scale logistic applications. Currently, I'm a Senior UI/UX designer at UPS working in the Enterprise Data Analytics team, designing internal applications with an emphasis on visualizing complex data as well as working on the Enterprise Data Strategy, creating journey maps and service blueprints.
I received my bachelor's and master's degree in Human Computer Interaction/Emerging Technology from New York University - IDM. My coursework included: User Experience Design, Front-end Development, Motion Graphics, Data Visualization, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and 3D Art. During undergrad, I minored in Business in Entertainment, Media, and Technology at Stern and use that knowledge to incorporate business strategy in my design process to better help inform my solutions.
I'm always looking for new ways in which I can express my creativity. Activities I enjoy outside of work include running along the West Side Highway, taking yoga classes, and painting.
